- Refund of fees and withdrawal
- As we use the monthly fee system, we cannot refund already-paid fees. If you desire to withdraw from the services, please apply for this according to the procedures prescribed by the Company by two days in advance of the payment due date each month.
- Method of subscription
- After registration as a member, you are required to perform procedures for starting services by credit card (PayPal) payment. Once we confirm your payment you can take lessons immediately.
- Number of reservations of lessons possible to make
- The number of reservations for lessons that can be made differs depending on the fee plan you choose. We hire trainers based on the number of subscribers to services, however, reservations are handled on a first-come-first-served basis, so there is a possibility of you being unable to make a reservation, depending on the time zone or dates.
- About product
- The product does not fall under products under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. All lessons are provided via the Internet. We offer our original educational materials for free.
